Renovating historic homes or even simple old houses is the passion that drives Kara O’Brien Renovations. And the task of restoring an old house is as much a skill as an art form. It’s the assembling of a detailed and ornate puzzle. So, when Laughing Sun Renovations (Kara’s former company) accepted the new challenge of building a new house, we did so with the same flair and love of recycling old house parts, as when renovating. The result was a classic and timeless home with a big dash of Greene & Greene Brothers inspiration thrown in for good measure.
